Ministry Goal(s): 1. Making the local churches that I pastor contemporary relevant and growing community focused 2. Creating a culture for superior performance result through branding of the church in different locations, servant leadership driven and courageous goals that takes people to a "daring Destination. 3.To have a financial growth per churches of 30% 4. To have a membership growth increase of 22% 5. To have speed of service in worship that is time conscious among neighboring churches. 6. To plant at least 3 more churches by the year 2025 plus around the globe via mission projects 7. Establish quality house of worship with great spiritual values and profitability aimed at worshippers great returns in their spiritual walk. 8. Create a road map for results that will drive performance. 9. My churches to become perpetual fountains of new bold ideas and new initiatives. Help me God!!
